We stand behind our work with a 45-day money-back guarantee on eligible engagements, as detailed in your service agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created for you become yours on full payment. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and brand remain the property of RAGXEN Technologies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
